Information we collect
We collect business contact details, organization and delivery information, requested product specifications, communications, and technical security records needed to operate and protect the service. Do not submit classified information, export-controlled technical data, health records, payment-card data, Social Security numbers, account passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
How information is used
We use information to evaluate RFQs, communicate about sourcing, prepare quotations, coordinate fulfillment, maintain business records, prevent abuse, investigate security events, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with selected service providers and prospective suppliers only as reasonably needed for these purposes and subject to appropriate arrangements. Retention depends on the RFQ lifecycle, business-record requirements, disputes, security needs, and applicable law.
