Submit a request
Email privacy@aemsupplygroup.com with your name, organization, relationship to AEM Supply Group, the right you wish to exercise, and enough detail to locate the relevant records. Available rights vary by location and context.
Verification and authorized agents
We will verify the request using information reasonably related to the records involved. We may request proof of authority from an authorized agent and may deny or limit a request when identity or authority cannot be verified.
Exceptions and response
Deletion and other requests may be limited by retention required for legal obligations, contracts, accounting, fraud prevention, security, disputes, or the establishment and defense of legal claims. We will explain our response and any available appeal process when required.
